4 tips for custody a team motivated - team-building

 

Companies often have incentives for reps, but at times that isn't enough. To keep your team motivated, you could do a digit of things:

1. Hold your own own incentive for your team

This could be a touch as austere as a gift certificate for the one who sells the most in a month.

2. Set up a communication board just for your individual team

A great way to keep in call with everyone. Many wahm boards by now have a division for your company, so if you don't have the time to set up your own you could use a certain board for your team.

3. Send out a monthly newsletter to your team

Keep it individual and let them know how you are doing . . . motivate them by clearing up some of the ways you have far ahead for the duration of the month.

4. Acquaintance your downline on a monthly basis

Personally acquaintance each and see how they are doing. This is a good idea even if some in your team are construction sales not including your help. Just check in and see if everybody has questions or tribulations - they may be fearful to ask for help.

These are just a few equipment that you can do to keep your team motivated. Be creative and personal, this is at all times the best way to go!
